Suzuki, a timid officer worker, dreams of becoming a rock star. When his colleagues bully him into flushing his pet turtle down the toilet, he finally snaps. Unleashing his pent-up grief on an unsuspecting crowd, he accidentally hits upon a smash hit song and is immediately signed to a record label. While his owner is finding fame, his little turtle, Picadon, discovers a new home in the sewers.
